Please note that we need a one hour arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic and other delays. We will communicate updates in real time and do our best to arrive as soon as possible.
Paramount Cleaning has a flexible rescheduling and cancelation Policy. Please make any schedule changes at least 24 hours before the day of service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee. Customers are responsible for cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment online with Paramount Cleaning.
If you are unhappy with your cleaning for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right for free. Please notify us within 24 hours after the cleaning has been completed. A Re-Clean can not be offered if the job was accepted by a customer at the time of service.
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If desired, customers can provide preferred cleaning supplies.
Yes! Paramount Cleaning offers Custom Cleaning. Personalized services are flexible. Please provide all the details of what should be cleaned in the Notes or via Email.
Paramount Cleaning accepts credit and debit cards, cash, check or Venmo. Receipts are required for all cash transactions.
