1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Paramount Cleaning Company LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Paramount Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the North and Northwest Boston area, including but not limited to:
- Regular cleaning services
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
3. Booking and Scheduling
All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. A credit card hold is required to book service. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
- Informing us of any special requirements or areas of concern
- Ensuring pets are secured during service
6. Liability and Insurance
Paramount Cleaning is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage, claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will come back and make it right. Re-cleaning of any problematic space must be completed within 5 days.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Email and Text Messaging
When you provide your email address or phone number and opt in, you consent to receive service messages, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, account notices, and occasional offers from Paramount Cleaning by email, call, or text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
